FAHHAM KURUCESME
Located in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul, Fahham Kuruçeşme stands out with its luxury restaurant concept overlooking the Bosphorus. Built with steel construction systems, the structure allowed for wide spans and created spacious interiors. Prioritizing customer satisfaction, the design paid attention to aesthetic details in addition to functional spaces. Sustainable building materials used in the project aimed to offer an environmentally friendly solution. Energy-saving technologies were preferred in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Thanks to Umutlar Çelik’s engineering approach, the project was completed with fast assembly and high-quality standards. Contributing to the tourism and gastronomy potential of the region, this project adds value to the Bosphorus line.
